We bought Uhaïna House in 2018, gave it a full renovation, then expanded it: 130 m² today, three air-conditioned bedrooms, a home office, two bathrooms, two WCs, and a 50 m² living room.
On the garden side, a private pool (open July–August) and a large shaded terrace with plancha — perfect for meals with friends and family. Inside, a ping-pong table, books, a home-office corner for alternating beach and remote work, and all the baby gear (cot, high chair, changing table, baby bath, fire guard, socket covers).
Located in the heart of Seignosse village, combining the calm of a residential area with walking distance to shops, the market and restaurants. Seignosse beaches 5 min by car, Hossegor 10, Capbreton 15. Minimum stay 15 nights.
